How this site is built to be usable.

We aim at WCAG 2.2 level AA. This page says what is in place, what is not, and how to tell us when something does not work for you.

What is in place

Every page works from the keyboard alone, and the focus outline is never removed.
A skip link, one <main> landmark per page, and headings in order.
Form fields carry their label, and an error is announced, not only coloured red.
Text contrast is measured, not assumed: white on the accent colour is 4.98:1.
Nothing is conveyed by colour alone — the selected office, the active page and a failed field each carry a second signal.
prefers-reduced-motion stops the reveal animations, the counters and smooth scrolling.
A full dark mode follows prefers-color-scheme.
The site is in English and Burmese, each at its own address, with the language declared in the markup so a screen reader pronounces it correctly.
Burmese runs taller than English, so no component has a fixed height and no Burmese text is letter-spaced.
With JavaScript off the pages render, the navigation works and every address and phone number is readable. Only the contact form cannot send, and it says so and gives the email address and phone number instead.

What is not

This site has not been audited independently. The conformance target is WCAG 2.2 AA and the points beside this were checked as they were built, which is not the same as a formal assessment.

The office map is Google's. It loads only when you press Show map, and inside that frame its accessibility is Google's, not ours. Every address on this site is also written as text, so nothing is available only inside the map.

The Burmese text has not been reviewed by a native speaker yet. It is correct Unicode, which is a different thing from being well written.
