What we do with what you send us.

This site collects nothing on its own. The only personal data we hold is what you type into the contact form, and this page says what happens to it.

What we collect, and why

Only the contact form collects anything. It asks for your name, your property or company, your email address, optionally a phone number, what your enquiry is about, which systems you are interested in, and your message.

We use it for one purpose: to answer the enquiry and, where it leads to a proposal, to carry that conversation forward. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for 24 months from the last message between us, then deleted. Where an enquiry becomes a signed engagement, the records that belong to that engagement are kept under its own contract terms instead.

Who else sees it

Formspree delivers the form to our inbox. The message passes through their servers.
Google serves the fonts this site uses, and an office map when you ask for one. Google receives your IP address as part of serving them.
Nobody else. There is no advertising network and no data broker on this site.

Both are outside Myanmar, so answering you involves a transfer of your message abroad.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own, and there is no tracking script on it. Two third parties can set them, and only in these cases:

Google Maps — an office map is fetched only when you press Show map on that office, and it sets cookies at that point. Until you press it, nothing is requested from Google Maps at all.
Google Fonts — serves the two typefaces. No cookie is set by the font files themselves.

Your choices

Write to pontpont.yrn@infotelvn.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Say which address you used and roughly when you wrote, so we can find it.

You can also simply not use the form: the phone number and the email address on the contact page reach the same people.

Children

This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes

If this page changes materially, the date below changes with it.
