  • Housekeeping status, task sheets and maintenance requests

  • Cashiering, folio splitting, city ledger and accounts receivable
  • Night audit with automated end-of-day reporting
  • Profile management with guest preference and stay history

Licensing · OPERA Property

Three OPERA licence tiers — the tier sets the functions, the property sets the price.

Your tier decides which OPERA functions you get — 30, 55 or the full set — so a small property is not paying for a chain's feature set. The price then scales with the size of the property, counted in rooms. Oracle offers the same three tiers as a cloud service or on premises. We will tell you which one fits, and quote it for your room count.

Cloud or on premises — the tier is the same either way

Each tier below is sold as an OPERA Property Cloud Service and as an OPERA 5 on-premises licence. The function count does not change; where the system runs does. Either way the quote is built from your tier and your room count. OPERA Cloud is what we recommend for most new properties — ask us for current pricing.
